Understand Your Plan and What Each Tier Includes

BlueOptima has three plans: Free, Pro, and Enterprise. Every new account starts with a 21-day trial of Pro, so you can evaluate the full product before deciding what fits your team.
This page covers what is included at each tier, how the trial works, and how to move between plans as your team grows.
The Three Plans
The plan every account settles into after the trial, unless you upgrade. Supports five developers and two repositories.
A paid, self-serve plan for teams that want to keep what they used during the trial. Supports up to 300 developers, billed for the number you select, and unlimited repositories.
BlueOptima's most complete plan, assigned by our team rather than self-serve. Supports unlimited developers and repositories, plus capabilities not available on Pro.
Your 21-Day Trial
When you sign up, your account starts on a 21-day trial with full Pro access, scaled to 20 developers and five repositories so you can see real results quickly. No payment is required during the trial, and you can invite teammates to help with setup at any point.
If you decide Pro is not for you, you do not need to do anything. Your account automatically moves to the Free plan when the trial ends, with no charge at any point. If you want to keep Pro, you can upgrade at any time, during the trial or after it ends.
What Changes When You Move to Free
When your account moves to Free, AI Impact becomes unavailable until you upgrade again. Compass, Code Delivery, Maintainability, and Retrospective all remain available, since these are included on every plan. Your developer and repository limits also drop from 20 (twenty) and 5 (five) to 5 (five) and 2 (two).
Every plan's features are scoped to a Usage Gate, the number of developers and repositories your current plan covers. A feature you have access to works fully within that scope, it does not extend beyond what your plan allows. Upgrading raises your Usage Gate, giving the same features more room to cover your full team.

The Upgrade Path
Moving from Free or your trial to Pro is self-serve, from your plan management page in the product. This starts your billing.

Moving from Pro to Enterprise is handled by BlueOptima directly, since Enterprise includes capabilities and limits configured for your organization specifically. Contact BlueOptima Support to start this conversation.
