Subscribe Pages
Last updated on October 15, 2026 • Approximate read time: 3 minutes
This page describes subscribe pages, which have not launched yet. It previews what you will see and do when they go live. Some details may change before then.
This page is available without a BlueOptima account.
A subscribe page appears when you select a BlueOptima product you cannot open yet. You can learn about the product, tell us you are interested, and see what happens next. If your company already has the product, the page shows you how to request access instead.

Understand the Two Access Cases
Two situations lead to a subscribe page. The content of the page differs for each one.
Your Company Does Not Have the Product
Your company's BlueOptima subscription does not include the product. The page describes the product and shows a Get in Touch button. It also shows a link that names the product, for example Learn More About Code Insights.
Your Company Has the Product, but You Do Not
Your company has the product, but access is not enabled for your account. The page describes the product and includes a banner that explains the access issue and points you to your internal administrator. This page has no Get in Touch button, because your administrator controls access.
Express Interest in a Product
🔒 Requires a BlueOptima account.Follow these four steps when your company does not have the product.

Step 4: Click Get in Touch
Click Get in Touch to tell BlueOptima you are interested. BlueOptima automatically routes your request to the Customer Success team. A confirmation message appears when BlueOptima has been notified.

Understand What Happens Next
A member of the BlueOptima team contacts you directly about the product.
BlueOptima enables access manually after that follow-up. Nothing changes in your account until then.
Clicking Get in Touch expresses interest only. It does not subscribe you to the product.
Request Access Within Your Company
When your company already has the product, contact your internal administrator. This is the person who manages BlueOptima for your company. In many companies, this person is a SuperUser.
A SuperUser is a BlueOptima user with elevated permissions who can request or manage configuration changes.
Ask your administrator to enable your access to the product. BlueOptima does not grant access from the subscribe page.
